Excellent service. Solved my problem and fixed my beats for an unbeatable price. Total process from the day i shipped them out to the day I got them back only took 10 days (including non-business days) which is crazy fast. Would 100% recommend.

They were pretty good returned my beats good as new but i do not understand how an internal wire replacement is $80

Thanks for your feedback. An internal wire replacement is a very long process as it requires an entire disassembly of the product to reach the middle and install of the new wire. Happy we could get you back to Jammin Out.

Shipped from Toronto Canada... Very happy when I got my beats back... Both headphones solo 2 and powerbeats 2... Headphones one side only works... Powerbeats completely stopped turning on... Great job guys! I fully recommend them!

I was hoping to have an awesome experience, but unfortunately the team didn't do it's due diligence when first diagnosing the problem with my headphones. They were prompt and let me know that the usb port and board needed replacing and i promptly received my headphones back. After just 5 minutes of use, the device started to malfunction and I had to re-send my headphones back in. They let me know that there was corrosion on the battery and they had to replace that (which they did free of charge). Overall - this would have been a great experience, but unfortunately, a lot of trouble could have been avoided if they caught the battery corrosion the first time.

Thanks for your feedback. We offer a 100 day warranty on any repairs we complete. In this case it turned out your headphones had liquid damage much further into the headphones causing the the power board and battery to fail. We are happy that we could assist you after sales as well as before. We state behind any repair we complete with our warranty.
Very fast processing and shipping of the exact battery I needed. Additionally, the 'How To' video on YouTube was very easy to follow to replace the battery on my Beats headphones.
