“Returns are only free if you are in Germany. When I ordered the only information about returns I found on page was that the returns are free and it was not clarified that it is only free in Germany. The backpack is too big for me. I ordered "Allen" large. The quality looks great, but I would want a normal bottle holder, that actually holds the whole bottle and not only half of it. I won't recommend your original page to anyone, bags yes, but not the page.”
