I won a couple quite cheap lots, one for the wall clock and the second one for some ceiling light , on delivery I've received a pile of rubbish with not a single item actually elligible for use, paid £86 for this scrap. Seems like they are removing good items from the item boxes if the lots sells for less than expected. Will contact my credit card company for refund if this wont get sorted out

Bought some bose ear BUDS for £100 and paid for delivery and when they arrived their was just ONE ear bud not TWO as advertised. Contacted John pye and said nothing they could do about it but I said you advertised two ear buds and their still not interested. Bought a Sony speaker and that went up in smoke when I turned it on.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! If you spend time and effort to win a lot, don't think you will get it. I won 2 lots from same salesroom with delivery only option, paid an invoice total of more that £143 (12 items per two lots). Delivery was late and only 1 lot out of two. Spend more time with them to chase my items, and they offer me a "partial refund" of £23. They are SCAMMERS and supposed to be shut!

Add on costs fir commission and some highly inflated delivery charges and you will soon find it is better to buy off ebay or brand new.

Delivery wait time over a month Poor customer service Company clearly in breach of its own Terms & Conditions, but when confronted they disregard it and refer to their "business standard" being different .... At its core, a company that displays a total disregard for its actual customers .... can't recommend

Would give them a minus star review if I could. Been waiting for a month for a delivery. Have contacted the so called 'customer service' team and filled in the inquiry form and had a standard '...we will get parcel delivered when we can...' fob off. This company is shocking and their customer service is even worse. My advice...buy elsewhere.

I won an auction for a cosmetic bundle. Unfortunately all products were out of date and that detail was conveniently not mentioned in the description . Customer service advised that I could return them within 2 weeks if the auction wasn't open for viewing which they had to check. I heard nothing from them for 2 days and sent a few more emails for the following week and they were all ignored so that I ran out of time to return the products and get a refund! Extremely disappointed with such a horrible inadequate customer service, won't even mention the overpriced delivery that took a while! I would not waste time and money on their auctions again!

Unfortunately you pay premium delivery charge, the company furdeco, almost four weeks since the auction invoice was paid explained: they seldom deliver to my area so cannot tell me when the delivery will arrive.

Paid invoice within hours but delivery takes a month. Customer service were useless.
