“Very easy to buy a gift for a relative. Loved that the gift voucher could be posted for free as well as including a gift message. As I was arranging this from overseas it was also very easy. Good organized website with gift suggestions. Could maybe expand on the gift ideas....packs/boxes etc. Thank you!”

“The service, sales and helpline are excellent. The only thing i find is that when checking for status on delivery on website, i don't see any progress on my order until i get an email from you, which could be weeks later, to say that the item is now with courier.”

“The website logo and colours could be more of a fresh tone. The service does what it says on the tin, great delivery good choices etc. All the links are good but the overall site is too ' all over the place'. As a user and website designer, aesthetic, usability, interactivity, sound design, are key. Also, inclusivity for hard of sight, hidden disabilities, are important aspects to include. If the site was as good as the service, it would be brilliant!”

“Hi I received my items well packed. Unfortunately one of the flowers had something eating it when I received it. I tried to fix the problem with plant invigorator which was unsuccessful. I called the garden centre and they are replacing the item. Over all a very good experience.”

“Johnstown is a first rate garden centre, which, in my case, delivers all product in excellent condition and as described in the catalogue. I order and pay from British Columbia, Canada and my plants and gifts are shipped to my relatives in Ireland. For example, my most recent order arrived in Clonakilty, Co. Cork, on the Southwest coast, in excellent condition and within a few days of ordering! Super impressive service! The online site is clear and easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. I hope to continue to send loved ones garden items from Johnstown Garden Centre for many birthdays and anniversaries to come!”
