“Realised that not all the plants available in the store show up online. Would be perfect if have more products photos show on the webpage, for example succulents. This is my second time ordered online, very happy about the service and fast delivery though, Highly recommended..”

Hi Shen! Thank you so much for your comments! Because our stock is constantly being sold and restocked and succulents are so varied, we can only have a limited amount online to avoid disappointment.

“I would prefer to tell you how it made me unhappy. Bought two hydrangea plants, both arrived in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately one of them was not what I thought I had ordered according to their description on their web site. THought I was buying a dark, dark blue and a very very pale blue arrived. It turns out that it was the wrong photo on the website. Paid 25 eu. for the Musical Hydrangea. Was not happy. Rang them and they admitted the photo was incorrect. Just an apology.”

“Ordered plants on line arrived within couple of days. Well packed no issue with products. Happy with service. I do feel that shop is understaffed particularly the actual garden centre it can be difficult to get a member of staff at weekends they are all very busy”
