“Very impressed with this on line service This has been the first time I purchased plants & I am very happy. Goods arrived well packed & appear very strong & healthy. The only minor issue would be that the packaging is probably not recyclable.”

Hi Andrea. Thank you for taking the time to review. The Cardboard box your order came in is fully recyclable as it the paper wrapping used to wrap each plant

“Since living far from Johnstown I avail of the online delivery system and have nothing but good to say about it. Problem free, very good delivery charge, actually amazing and efficient too. I like that there is only one country serviced and that is Ireland - impossible to choose another despite that I live in Belfast!”

“The plants were amazingly healthy. Packed so well that the soil was still damp as was paper surrounding them. Healthy vibrant plants. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. And will definitely shop again. And will recommend to all family and friends and to whoever else is looking for quality and great customer care!! Also received an email on how to look after my plants when they arrived, found this really helpful.”

“I ordered a banana plant and it arrived a week later in perfect condition 😁 Wrapped to an inch of its life and worth the care they gave as there wasn't a mark on it !! If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would ..Will highly recommend Johnstown for their love and care to the plants and a very speedy turnaround from purchase to delivery-- very happy gardener in Galway 😁”

“Always happy with the plants from Johnstown Garden Centre. My most recent order was delivered on time - actually a day early 😊. All the plants were packed most professionally in two large boxes and were in perfect condition. One plant I ordered was no longer available at time of shipping but another similar plant was substituted and it was noted in the accompanying documents. I was happy with that. I placed two separate orders so paid two delivery charges but I was pleasantly surprised to find the Garden Centre refunded one of the charges to my account. I highly recommend Johnstown Garden Centre!”
