“I'm a new customer. My experience is 100% positive. I was kept up to date with the order progress throughout the order. I got plenty of after care instructions for my plant. The flower pot was moist, plant well wrapped and protected. Packing was in excellent condition. I'd like to purchase from JOHNSTOWN GARDEN CENTRE AGAIN. I wasnt waiting too long either. I got a days notice that it was coming the next day. Many congratulations to all concerned on a job well done.”

“I was looking for a hesperis matronalis. Johnstown had what I wanted and they sent it to me, very well packaged. I had it in two days. I was very impressed an very satisfied. Mary Stack.”

“Bought from them previously and would recommend. Astonishing packaging and a very healthy decent sized plant. Would have been five stars if delivery had been a bit faster - but they do make that clear on their website.”

“Had plants shipped to Ballinasloe to my mother's house. Wanted them to arrive when I was down there so that I could plant them. Staff obliged to facilitate this and Oliver exchanged an Acer tree that I wanted. Aidan also put another tree aside fif me to pick up today. Good teamwork!”

“Received my beautiful trees on time, everything was in pristine condition.The only qualm that I have is there was no real information on the tree labels, Information was totally inadequate Ye need to address this to help us beginners in gardening.
