“I have bought online a number of times and have always been impressed by the quality of how items are packaged so carefully, keep it up! Recently visited the garden centre for first time...have to say I was blown away by the selection just amazing variety prices were a little bit steep but overall I'm very impressed with the place.”

“Very easy to buy a gift for a relative. Loved that the gift voucher could be posted for free as well as including a gift message. As I was arranging this from overseas it was also very easy. Good organized website with gift suggestions. Could maybe expand on the gift ideas....packs/boxes etc. Thank you!”

“The service, sales and helpline are excellent. The only thing i find is that when checking for status on delivery on website, i don't see any progress on my order until i get an email from you, which could be weeks later, to say that the item is now with courier.”

“Hi I received my items well packed. Unfortunately one of the flowers had something eating it when I received it. I tried to fix the problem with plant invigorator which was unsuccessful. I called the garden centre and they are replacing the item. Over all a very good experience.”
