“I purchased some plants on line however the 14 days for delivery is a little too long. I then contacted the staff via email and they were very prompt in responding. I ended up collecting them and was surprised to get a refund on the delivery. I’m a regular to the garden Centre and I would have given 5stars if the young girls on the till had a little more interest as opposed to staring up into space. The selection of plants and layout is fantastic. The outside staff are very helpful.”

“Buy plants and gardening accessories on line from johnstown garden centre from time to time. Always the plants arrive very carefully packed and in great condition. Prices are competitive. Always good communication about order being received , order being picked and and dispatched to couriers , so you always are up to date.”

“Johnstown Garden Centre supplied me with a tree that I could not find anywhere else. They filled the order quickly even though it was a busy time of the year. My tree arrived in good condition and was well packaged. Very happy to deal with them.”

“2 x Plants were delivered as promised. I was surprised and impressed with the level of packaging (although I hope you will move to recyclable material in the future) and the condition of the plants was excellent. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to my friends.”

Thanks Joe for the 5 star review. Packaging is essential to ensure safe delivery. We only use recyclable paper and boxes with a plastic bag around the soil of each plant to keep moisture in so it does not damage the box and other peoples deliveries. This is unavoidable

“First class product delivered with first class service, I ordered a rose on Wednesday and a rose, beautifully presented and in excellent condition was delivered to my door here in Ireland on Friday. Well done Johnstown Garden Centre”

“Excellent service. I was out when my delivery came so it was sent to the collection depot unfortunately it was Friday evening and I missed it so had to wait until Monday to collect was really worried the plants would be very damaged but they were so well packed and watered when they were posted they were perfect when I got them . Well done Johnstown Garden Centre Colette Wilson Dublin”
