“It took just over 10 days and a call to get my order. However, once I called I received my order next day. Flowers were welled packed and overall lovely - apart from one that was dry and dead for a while. Good but there is a place for improvement.”

“I am very pleased to have this opportunity to say how much I have appreciated to two staff members in Johnstown Garden Centre, on Monday last 28 March. At short notice I needed a Weigela 'Kosterisna Variegata' shrub. I spoke with Cillian who was most pleasant and said he would check his stock. In a very short time, Cillian called me back confirming that he did indeed have this shrub. He put me in touch with Oliver, to whom I explained my reason for needing this shrub at such short notice. Oliver , without any hesitation , said he would deliver the shrub to me on his way home from the Garden Centre that evening!! These two employees are indeed to be appreciated sincerely, by management. Please show these comments to Jim Clark, to whom my name will be quite familiar. Could they also , please, be shown to Cillian and Oliver? My Weigela is now planted and is an excellent specimen. Kathleen White 087 6450751”

“Despite initial problems on day 1 with the on line check out (not linking through to payment page and frame freezing) on day 2 second attempt all processed smoothly. The on line chat option whilst unable to resolve provided quick responses and were helpful. Product (tree) arrived speedily and in good condition. I felt that the delivery charge of under €5 was excellent value. Would definitely consider using again the future. Thank you!”

“Plants arrived in good condition and look nice and healthy. Only issue is that the Photinia are smaller than advertised. I ordered 100cm but they are closer to 80cm.”

“I live in Dublin City Center I ordered a Rose and Clematis x two and some Rose feed and Rose clear they were delivered in excellent condition within four days to my door why would I drive all the way to Johnstown garden centre when for a reasonable delivery charge they were delivered to my door in tip top condition and the on line service was excellent.I will use this option again particularly as I cannot always get transport to garden centre.”
