“Had a bit of a problem with the online ordering which was sorted out really quickly by the staff in the Garden Centre. Plants arrive exactly as ordered and in great condition. I was really impressed with the personal level of service and I would definitely purchase again.”

“I had tried all my local garden centres for a Sanseveria - "Mother-in_Law's Tongue" houseplant without success. As I had promised one to my daughter as part of her birthday present, I resorted to online. The plant arrived in excellent condition and was very carefully packaged. She is delighted with it. “I ordered 2 Olive Trees for a wedding gift and the service was excellent. I was ordering from the UK and having checked the website for customer feedback, hopeful and confident of a good service. Communication was rapid and detailed to enquiries made, and a high quality gift which was well wrapped and quickly delivered. Thank you very much for being so helpful throughout the process. “all the staff were extremely helpful i have recommened johnstown to all my friendsand look forward to lots more visits, i ordered grasses on line and they were delivered in excellent condition within five working day, thank you so much for all your help”

“Very good service, and excellent price, especially delivery charge! Was well pleased with the crab apple tree, and it was in good condition. It could perhaps have been packaged in cardboard, as courier had broken some lower branches, as he had no other way of handling it but by trunk. But overall, very pleased.”
