“Waited to long for order over 2 weeks. When it arrived some ordered items had been substituted without reference. One item was broken. Overall it was very badly packed”

“Tho’ I had to wait a while for my order to be posted it arrived quickly and in good order. Keeping plants display/variety up to date online must be difficult but it is important and avoids need to phone. Staff are always polite, courteous and helpful which is appreciated.”

“The delivery arrived 14 days after placing order, the delivery driver did a great job leaving the packages as secure as possible as I was out. The whole order was received and everything was packaged well, the small trees and plants were healthy just one branch in whole order was damaged. I am a very happy customer.”

“I thought the airplants would be a little bigger, and one that I picked had a lovely colour in the center of it, but the plant I received had no red in the center, I am hoping that as it grows it will turn out to have the red in the middle”

“Ordering on line the website was straightforward. I have just checked it again as I was only looking fora a particular rose at that time. I checked out a few other items - water features; shrubs and plants. It is good - well done! Delivery was slower than I expected but the packing was very good and An Post were excellent.”
