“This was my first occasion ordering from Johnstown Garden Centre and I have been extremely impressed with the overall level of service offered. My order took less than two working days to be delivered and I was kept updated at all times via e-mail regarding its status. “The website works in so far as i got the product i ordered but found the quality of it to be very poor. Many of the reed strands were damaged perhaps they were stored incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend this product as a screen for a standard apartment balcony. The description was not enough to properly inform me of what i was getting and i would advise anyone not to rely on photos in anyway as these are just standard supplier photos and do not represent the actual product, so in essence the product was misrepresented. They also have been spamming me since with offers and the likes that i did not ask for. I asked for this to stop and if it persists i will complain to the office of the data protection commissioner they would be liable for a fine of up to 30,000 if found liable.”
