“The plants were fine; but it took quite a while to fill the order; The courier you used broke the top of the Stake in the plant pots " putting them in his van".. Luckily the plants appeared unharmed!”

“I bought a Cercis chinensis 'Avondale' from you last week. It arrived promptly and is in good condition and well-packaged. I have no hesitation in recommending you to other gardeners as this is my second successful purchase. My son, Jocelyn Curtis, also bought plants from you which arrived the day before my item and he was similarly impressed. We will be return customers.”

“Great service, plenty of choice. Just knocked a star off for slow delivery but in fairness I had been advised delivery could take up to 2 weeks because it’s such a busy time of year.!”

“The online service is fantastic. I have often travelled to the centre on a long bank holiday weekend as it’s a long journey for us. We would arrive in with our list to discover some of the items would not be there So we would have to come home without having seen the items listed on the website when deciding to make our journey to Johnstown. The online service was efficient. Delivery came when stated. The plants were so perfectly wrapped that it took just as long to unveil them as it did for the sales person to wrap them up for us. Excellent service many thanks to the individuals concerned.”

“I was looking for a gift for a couple who had been very supportive and kind over the past year. Johnstown couldn't have done better and the shrub they provided was delivered to me basically overnight. Couldn't have asked for more but then they are always very helpful.”
