“Excellent quality and service, as always. All the plants arrived in great condition, really well wrapped and fresh despite their journey. Website is way to navigate - the sections on plants for specific purposes are very helpful for a learner gardner! Ability to add more items to existing order is useful.”

“I ordered online and had a few questions about delivery. Online order staff member (think name began with a ‘D’) was very helpful and followed up with me a few days later as promised to ensure my queries were all sorted and package was posted as soon as possible.”

“Recently ordered something online and it arrived within a week. All very efficient. To be honest I would have preferred to go to the garden centre in person but I am out of action following an operation and have no transport. I don't think online is my preference for garden centre products but it was very handy to have the option. I hope Johnstown GC doesn't go too far down the online route because I love going there and it's much nicer to buy stuff in the pleasant setting. It's a pity Ireland is following the online trend because it's not really a good way to shop for living products and it's bad for the environment. Go to Johnstown Garden Centre and you'll have a nicer experience!”

“Very impressed by the speed of delivery but parcel was badly damaged and the postman had to hold the bottom shut to prevent the contents from falling out. Due to bad packaging, ie 2 items rolling madly in the box. A crunched up piece of paper between the 2 would have made the parcel safe.”
