“Very pleased, the only reason I couldn't put very good is because the rose bush looked a bit sad, probably just because the plants were in transit since Friday and I'm down in Kerry. The order was packed very carefully and although covered in tape marked 'Fragile' one of the boxes was damaged when delivered. Will order from them again :)”

Hi Jacqueline, thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear one of the boxes was damaged-we always try to make sure the boxes are clearly marked so the couriers handle with care-It must have just been a slip up this time. Looking forward to your next order!

“I cannot fault the service i have received from Johnstown Garden Centre, online. I have ordered on three different occasions now and all have gone without a hitch, which is unbelievable to fathom as this kind of service detail does not happen here in South Africa!!!”

“I traveled from the North of Ireland yesterday, 13th July....and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I spent roughly 3 and a half hours at the place and I bought 22 plants......I had my dinner their and I bought a toy for the dog! I plan to go back again at Christmas time and I am looking forward to it!! :) A great day out! :)”

“I was looking for a plant for almost 5 years checking every garden centre I could think of and then I remembered Johnstown and they were brilliant. They had what I was looking for all this time. They couldn't have been nicer with my request. They are the only centre I would go to now!”

“I don't normally write reviews.but felt I had to,because of the good service,only a couple of days for delivery,even the courier driver was polite and cheerful.The plants I ordered were well packed and still moist ready for planting,I will certainly order again soon. well done all. bill borland”

“Bought a hazelnut tree with truffle spores as a gift. Delivery was prompt and the plant was well packaged so it traveled safely. In a few years time we will see if we get truffles”

“Ordering online was quick and easy, I was able to find exactly what I wanted- some mushroom growing kits for a Birthday present. I ordered from Australia for a relative in Ireland, and they were posted the next day, arriving that afternoon. I am extremely happy with Johnstown Garden Centre and their service. I highly recommend them to everyone.”

“Family apple tree I ordered is healthy and was obviously well cared for. However my tree went "missing" for several days which was frustrating. It seems it was due to be picked up on a Thursday, I was notified itched been shipped. Several calls later on the Monday I found out it hadn't actually shipped as the delivery truck didn't have room. No one communicated this to me, and as a result I waited in the house for 2.5 days for the delivery of the tree. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered 2 Comfrey plants and they were delivered in the following morning. That's great, efficient service. Both plants were well potted up. They are now growing in my garden and doing very well. TOP CLASS service”
