Hi Margaret, sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Sometimes we will offer plants that are similar to the ones ordered if they are out of stock, its just a pity you already had it.

“Helpful staff in-store. Easy online ordering. Quality product. Exceptional delivery value. Would prefer if delivery company sent a text of some sort to indicate delivery time window. Otherwise, top quality service.”

Thanks Mary for your comment. We are constantly trying to improve your service and currently send an email with a tracking number for every package sent. But we will look into a messaging service too.

“When i complained that a plant i bought a while ago died, Johnstown Garden Centre promptly replied that they would send me a replacement plant, and they did!! no charge!! no kidding!! We need more of this type of customer service in Ireland. 😊👍”

“I ordered some pond plants. Sent Thursday afternoon and delivered 8am Friday. Well packed and first class items. Reasonable sized,potted and rooted lilies and oxygenator. Quality planting baskets. Good price. Will order more based on this.”
