“Plants were lovely but were delivered to incorrect address which was a couple of roads behind me, which meant I had to go around with a trolley to collect them, a phone call to advise that they were on the way would have been good.”

“Hi, Overall I was quite happy with the speed of the delivery (1 week), but I was disappointed that, it was only when the order arrived, I realised that one of the things I had ordered was out of stock and, therefore a refund had been made. It would have been nice to get advance warning as I was ordering for a couple of work colleagues too. Grace”

“Unfortunately, two of the plants lost majority of their leaves and only stem remains really, also rot was set into one if them as a result of the lost leaves, otherwise, excellent quality.”

“Ordered off Johnstown a few times now. Great service. The plants are always healthy and delivery is very fast. Never had any problems. Only once where I ordered 3 of each plant and they arrived with 1 of one plant and 5 of another. But I didn't mind so no complaints. Highly recommend them to anyone.”

“You are very good to deal with. However I have a small issue. The gift had the price on it. Also there was no mention of who it was from. I did gave a message to be delivered when I ordered the product. I have used your service before and I will use it again. You are very good to deal with.”

“I ordered 3 x 6 pots of Acaena "Copper Carpet". The service was excellent, they arrived on time and in reasonably good condition - the only thing that stops me giving a very good rating is that 2 x 6 pots had been put on their side in the box so some of the soil had come out of the pots. I intend to order from this company again and hope the plants arrive in better condition next time.”
