“Made 1 order online. It arrived in bits on 3 different days. Some of the expensive bamboo plants where also damaged .With some of the stems broke. I spoke with the guy in charge.He was rude and really believed it was ok for the plants to arrive on different days.He was also shocked to hear the plants were damaged and would not believe this and he would not expect it and brushed it under the table. Bad service and customer support. Not happy.”

Hi Cathal, You actually placed 2 orders 32126 and 32081 on 2 seperate days, 1 for Bamboo and 1 for smaller plants, 45 orders apart, so it would be normal for these to be sent seperately

“Took a while to receive items. In fairness it does indicate that it could take 14 days or more on the confirmation of the order. No matter, I was extremely happy upon receipt of the plants. Well packaged and good healthy plants.”

“I ordered Supernemos and was very impressed with the prompt delivery, good instructions and the regular updates on my order via email. If the vine weevils are destroyed I will be even more pleased !!!”

“I placed my order on line. The click and collect desk was not manned when I called to the store to collect my plants and I had trouble getting a staff member to help me. The foxglove colour I order was not available. I took the alternate plants offered but would have expected to be advised by e mail that the exact plant I requested was not available. I am not sure if I would use the service again.”

“Great family business using them for years and continued to do so even though we moved to Wicklow. On line service excellent. Plants arrived in great condition, well packed and in a super two day turnaround. Now on our third conservatory from then also and wouldn't consider anybody else. Liz”

“The plants were delivered in good condition even it it was a long wait before they were despatched. I was a little disappointed in the size of the plants. They were all very small.”

Hi Carol thanks for your review. The pot size is listed on the product description pages. They are still very young plants straight from the nursery. Don't worry - they may look small now but they will grow!
