“Ask any seasoned Gardener what is your top five most important items you use through out your Gardening year and I guarantee Good string is on the list, Johnstown Garden sent me the best I've used for a long time and at a much lower cost than I could find locally. the seaweed feed is good too Thanks”

“Ordered with Chris Felco secateurs 7 ,charged circa €95 .Following day changed order to Felco 2 .I was told I would be credited with the difference circa €20 .So far have not received this credit,very dissatisfied . However I received prompt delivery of secateurs . Would you please look into this problem. Anne Freyne”

Hi Anne, this was refunded to your account that day, July 21st. The problem must be with the bank. We have emailed you a copy of the refund receipt with the reference numbers so you can contact them. Maybe then you would reconsider your 1 star review ?

“Went online to look for a climbing plant to grow in the shade. Found winter flowering jasmine. Saw that an Irish company online had it in stock and would deliver. Johnstown Garden Centre delivered my plant on time and it was expertly packaged. It looks really healthy so hopefully I will be able to keep it that way :) I'm really pleased with the whole process. Thank you!”

“Plants were lovely but were delivered to incorrect address which was a couple of roads behind me, which meant I had to go around with a trolley to collect them, a phone call to advise that they were on the way would have been good.”
