“My order was not complete so its disappointing that i am expected to pay postage if i choose to purchase the out of stock plant. regards Michael”

Hi Michael. We did refund you for the out of stock plant but we did have to charge postage & packing for the other 8 plants we delivered.

“The order came in two parts. The large tree was very well packaged but the smaller items that came a few days later were too loosely packed and a lot of the compost had come out of the pots. I don't think that there was any damage done to the plants but it was a mess. However I would order again.”

“Johnstown Garden Centre.....is the ONLY garden centre in Ireland worth shopping at.....Their customer service is BRILLANT...Their plants are flawless.....their prices are more than decent especially when one considers the perfect gardening material received! I live in the Northwest of Ireland and order everything online.....normally I would much rather visit a garden centre and hand pick my own plants.....however, everything I have ordered has been just what I would have chosen....all beautifully wrapped and well packaged for delivery ......and for €4.75 delivery, most times receiving my plants within 24 hours and certainly within 48 ....it is a service that just thrills me.....I am retired now but was a florist for over 35 years....I know good service, good products especially in this "field" ....Johnstown is outstanding!”
