“I had ordered a plant to be delivered to my daughter with a birthday message. I was delighted when I visited and saw it. Beautiful healthy plant and well presented and packaged, complete with birthday message.”

“Hello I ordered 4 Valarian plants They were delivered well packed in a very tidy box by An Post They were delivered on the day I asked. I had expected them to be red but the label says they will be white. Red would have been best. red and white would have been second best. One of the plants is in bad condition and looks to be beyond resuscitation”

“In general I was not impressed with the quality of most of the plants I received, they looked like they belong in the bargain section rather than be sold at full price. The Polemonium Brize is covered in powdery mildew, the Aloe Plicatilis is slanting to one side and most of it’s leaves are looking horrid, the Yucca Purpurea looks like it’s been dragged through the hedge backwards, it seemed that the worst plants were specially chosen for my order. I can go on and on, I am sure by now you know that I am not a happy customer .”

“As a regular customer I was a little disappointed with the plants that i received, they arrived much smaller than the images on the website and the descriptions were not very clear as to how small they would be. The plants & trees were not of the quality and standard that I expected from Johnstown Garden Centre”

“The plants were quickly delivered, within 3-4 days of ordering and were also well packaged and without damage. Beautiful specimens were selected of each type and after a good watering and a couple of days sun they've unfolded to their full glory.
