“This was my first time ordering plants online and I have to say that I am really pleased. It was very easy to do and I was able to email them asking for information and advice etc. My plants arrived within a couple of days and they we're perfect. They we're packaged really well and delivered by an Post. Excellent service, I will definitely purchase from Johnstown garden centre again. Fabulous website and a huge selection of plants and trees etc. Thank you”

“Plants were delivered promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition. There is always a fear with online orders that the products may not be of a standard that you would choose yourself. Not so with JGC. The plants were in tip top condition.”

“ordered a tree , it came and was faulty after paying for delivery I was asked if I could drop it back. They had no other of the same tree to replace me but got offered to a buy a tree that was very expensive... instead of just replacing the tree that I ordered or else giving me the more expensive tree without paying for it as it was a fault on your stores behalf because of this will not visit your store or visit your coffee shop again.”

Hi Rachel, Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided to you. On occasion we ask customers to bring damaged or faulty products back to the store if it is convenient to them, as this can speed up the process of rectifying the issue considerably. Unfortunately we were out of stock of the tree that you had originally ordered when you returned to the store so we could not give you a replacement. This is why you were offered a different tree that we had in stock or a refund, this is not ideal but unfortunately it was the only option available to us at the time. I'm sorry you felt we didn't resolve your concern correctly and we are sorry to loose your future custom.

“I have got my moss pole delivered today in perfect condition. You saved my plant 😊 I could not find the pole anywhere and believe me I have checked at many garden centers in Dublin and suburbs. Thank you 😊”
