“goods arrived within time specified well packaged unfortunately not in when goods arrived left on doorstep courier never contacted me so never signed for them”

“I am a regular shopper of plants and I am always extremely happy with the quality. On this occasion I was one plant short - sent an email to advise of the shortfall in the order and the plant was issued on receipt of my email.”
