“I was sent one item that I hadn't ordered and one that I had ordered was missing. Mistakes can happen in any walk of life and I spoke to Darren who was apologetic and very very helpful. He forwarded the missing item and it arrived the following morning in excellent condition. So thank you Darren.. John Cursley, Co Wexford”

“I opened my order to find one of the planters damaged I emailed the garden Centre with a photograph of the damaged planter and they replied immediately and sent me replacement Very happy with they way they dealt with this issue and they were also sincerely apologetic”

Thanks for the review Dolores, we pack every item with care and lots of bubble wrap! But even with all this care on occasion an item will receive some damage during transport, we are very sorry when this happens and do everything to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
