“I made my first order last week. I couldn't receive my 10% discount but left a message with my order. I received a prompt email saying I had been refunded the difference, my parcel arrived a few days after placing order so am happy with the overall service.”

“I was sad to find out that a bonsai water dish wasn't included in the package. However the plant itself was of very high quality and looks great. The packaging of the plant was exceptional - it was very carefully and thoroughly bubbled wrapped.”

“Have order from Johnstown Garden Centre good few times. We're up in Bangor NI and always been pleased with the service. Well packed. There can be delays at busy times (spring & summer) but you're always kept informed. Would recommend and will use in the future again.”

“Easily found what I wanted to repot my orchids, on the webpage. Easy to order and pay for. I chose to collect from Johnstown, rather than have to be in for delivery. Staff very helpful when I went to collect.”

“I recently ordered spring bulbs to be sent to 2 relatives for birthdays, one in UK and one in Ireland. Both orders arrived promptly and both were delighted with their bulbs. Recommend this service if anyone wants to send plants or bulbs as a present”

“Excellent and effiecient online service. The website is very good and the choice of plants is wonderful. Communication is very good , they let me know that one plant was out of stock and it was easy to choose a different one via email. I also forgot to order a plant and a quick phone call enabled me to do this. The plants arrived within a few days and are easily trackable . The plants were excellently wrapped and labeled and in perfect condition. The postage is very reasonable at less than €5.00 for 3 big boxes I have a very long wish list and will definitely order from Johnstown again . Thank you”
