“I wanted to try air plants so I ordered 4. Three arrived and a refund for the other one. I would have been happy with a substitute for the fourth, however I have now ordered three more so it does not matter. The air plants looked rather sad and dried up when I got them, but I was prepared for this and once they were mounted on a display and sprayed with water they plumped up quickly and are now looking great. I am delighted with them!”

“i was delighted with my jasmine climber which I purchased a few days ago. I was expecting it to look a bit dead after its journey but it was anything but. It was really healthy looking, just as if I had bought it at my local garden centre. I will definitely use your site for more plants etc. And I would highly recommend you to my friends. Annette”

“I ordered a plant online to be delivered and it wasn't delivered over 10 days after I placed the order. I had to ring from England to speak to someone who told me they were out of stock. I accept this happens but an email after 24 hours alerting me should really happen so I don't have to follow up a late delivery. It was delivered eventually when the stock came in but it was for my Aunts birthday so I was too late.”

“I have made numerous purchases over this last year. The quality of all the plants have been 1st class,they arrive fresh and well packed ,I have never received a damaged plant and some of them have been a delicate species Keep up the good service and you will always get return customers Very satisfied Raymond”

“I would prefer to tell you how it made me unhappy. Bought two hydrangea plants, both arrived in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately one of them was not what I thought I had ordered according to their description on their web site. THought I was buying a dark, dark blue and a very very pale blue arrived. It turns out that it was the wrong photo on the website. Paid 25 eu. for the Musical Hydrangea. Was not happy. Rang them and they admitted the photo was incorrect. Just an apology.”

“It is now more than two weeks since I get a "dispatch confirmation" email from the garden centre. Nothing has arrived. An email failed to elicit any response. I wonder how I can get my money back.....”
