“I bought a beautiful Orchid which I had delivered to my house. It arrived on time but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I contacted them and they were so nice, efficient and accommodating and had a new orchid out to me within 24 hours. It was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. I would absolutely recommend them and shop with them again.”

“I’ve ordered houseplants from Johnstown Garden Centre several times. They always arrive quickly, well-packed and healthy, with no pests or diseases, and the shipping cost is super reasonable. I love my plants! I have recommended Johnstown Garden Centre to lots of my coworkers and friends.”

“I ordered some indoor and outdoor plants last week. I had a problem with the delivery day so rang the centre to see if it could be changed at short notice. The staff were so helpful and did everything to facilitate me, even delivering out of hours themselves. The plants were beautifully healthy and well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. All in all it was a joyous experience and I would highly recommend Johnstown Garden centre.”

“I have spent 1k approx in the last month or so and find staff very helpful. I Bought my 4th large planter at a cost of €129 yesterday. I bought the other 3 on Thursdays with other items so that I could avail of the pensioners discount. When I bought the 3 rd planter, i enquired about buying a 4th but was advised was told they were out of stock and would not be available til next year. Therefore,I was surprised that there were 2 planters in store when I called i advised the assistant that I was told that the last time that the planters were unavailable and I asked if I could get the discount. She declined. I’m a little disappointed. Other than that, I find the staff very helpful and the stock good.”

HI Mary, Thank you for the feedback. These pots were in fact sold out, but a customer then returned 2 after changing their mind, which is how 2 appeared back in store again. NO new deliveries had come in though. The THursday discount applies every Thursday and you are welcome to avail of that, but the system will not permit it on any other days.
