“It would be nice if you will email a customer when one of there order is not available prior to sending it to them and had an option to wait once the product they want is available or look for another plant as a swap for the unavailable plant or product.As it is upsetting if your received a different one from what you order and that product you order was meant to be a gift for someone.”

“As usual my e mail order came through very quickly and in perfect condition. I look forward to see them all mature. Now I am in my eighties they will hopefully mature quickly. I enjoy browsing through your website, with special attention to your designated new vareities in the hope of something new for my very large garden. Luckily I rarely have plants die. The result is very beautiful. So thank you for a lot of things, including help when I cannot work the system of paying for my purchases. Mary Lynch, Co Cork.”

“I order a lot online at Johnstown Garden Centre overall very happy last order disappointed as plants that I ordered were wrong I ordered 3 Roses for your eyes only, but got just 1 Rose of that name the other 2 don't know what they are, have made a complaint sent an e mail+ photos.”

“The person I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful when I called. The plants I ordered arrived quickly, were well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the quality of the plants and would have no hesitation in recommending your company.”

“Ordered over the phone, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Gave a realistic time frame as to when the lights would arrive (we ordered before a bank holiday) and the delivery came when expected. All round pleasant experience.”

“Johnstown Garden Centre, is without question the best Garden centre in Europe, the service and quality is legendary, and you get ur plants etc delivered for very little, I used to drive from Galway , now I do all my purchases on line, if you haven't been to the Christmas Shop , well your missing out big time, bring the Children this magic, I think the festive shop starts mid November, or earlier, I always bring the gang to Johnstown Garden Centre at Christmas, the rest, I get on line""......Conn Lynam Ardmore Taylor's Hill Galway.”
