“I ordered online for the next day for a number of plants I was not able to find locally. Called in to Johnstown the next day. Everything was ready and waiting for me. The assistant was very helpful, went off and found a trolley for me. The whole process was easy and efficient as I was passing the centre on my way to Dublin for the day. I fully expect to use the service again.”

“Hi, I order 2 agapanthus blue storm and wanted them mailed. I then changed to click and collect as you were experiencing a large volume of orders. All of this went well and service was good. However, for the same price I received 2 vastly different size of agapanthus! I asked when in the store if the larger one was available for my second plant but was told no, as I had paid online I assumed that the price was different. One plant was a quarter the size of the other. When I checked my bank details I see I was charged the same price for both. I am not happy with that.”

“Just received another delivery from Johnstown Garden Centre, excellent service from ordering on line through to delivery. Plants arrived carefully packed and in prime condition. Looking forward to lots of colour in the garden. Maggie Dublin”

“Absolutely amazing, ordering online is so simple. It was the first time I've used the garden centre so was a little nervous but the tree was delivered within 4 days and in perfect condition which was a relief as it was a gift for someone else. I was extremely delighted and will be ordering again, definitely.”

“Ordered plants on line on Sunday deliverde in first class condition on Wednesday afternoon planted in garden within an hour of delivery looking excellent I am looking out window and admireing them as I type (hence spelling mistakes!)”

“very good plant quality and well packaged, many thanks. It was left outside though, as I wasn't in, so it could have been robbed! I requested a 45 minute before delivery call or text, and this was written clearly on the docket, but I didnt get a call or text. Thankfully it wasn't robbed.”

“Hello Johnston Garden Centre Staff. I visited you on Monday 13th June to collect an order that I booked on line earlier.When I arrived I realised that I had left all the details regarding my order at home. Within further ado one of your very helpful staff checked the details, and I had the items within a few minutes. “I found the shrub I was searching for at every garden centre, and online, from Johnstown Garden Centre. Ordered, and delivered within 2-3days. Excellent packaging. Product exactly as expected - planted in my garden now, and flourishing! Saved me a lot of bother - thank you!!”

“Ordered a Ruby Wedding Rose online, postage very reasonable price, rang them afterwards to ask for quick shipping as needed for special occasion and they were great. Ordered on a weekend, Shipped next working day (Mon) arrived couriered to my door (Wed), driver rang for instructions as I wasn't home. Very well packaged, took me about 10 minutes to unpack. Plant was in great condition and a picture of health. Came with care and planting instructions. Well impressed. Would use again no problem.”
