“Plants were ordered online and delivered promptly with good communication. They were very carefully packaged and in good condition on arrival. I get the impression that a lot of effort and dilligence goes into the online orders. Thank you.”

“The quality and selection of plants is fantastic. Their delivery service is very efficient and very reasonably priced. I love buying plants from Johnston Garden Centre and find the whole experience from researching their plants to purchasing and finally delivery to my address in North Donegal to be exceptionally good and enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this Irish online Garden centre.”

“Dear Sirs, We have had very good results with all the plants we have ordered, except this time, 5 of our little plugs of lobelia were dead when we opened the packages. We appreciate being notified of shipment of our orders, however, we receive our plants the same day we get the email- it would be terrific if we could be notified the day before shipment, but that is probably be asking too much. Anyway, we will remain loyal customers for sure. Thank you, Sandi Glenn”

Hi Sandra Thank you for your comments. We send a dispatch email the day we send them and the plants usually arrive the next day. I'm sorry we cannot give further notice than this. As for the lobelia, could you send me a picture please? They were in perfect condition when they left our warehouse.

“Great service, the order arrived in perfect condition. A bit more notice about dispatch would be good as I got an email on Thursday afternoon saying it was on the way but I had gone away that day until Sunday.”

“My first order to your garden centre was for a hydrangea - Ruby Slippers, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of same and the rapidity with which it was delivered, I sent a follow up order for NERINE bulbs, which arrived just as quickly, one bulb was withered so I informed you of this and immediately I had a reply offering me another pack! Really happy with your service and will be recommending you and will definitely be a return customer!!”
