“extensive plant selection available online including "exotic" plants. easy enough to browse through the website. easy ordering and payment, would appreciate PayPal option. arrived well packed and undamaged.”

“I have ordered online a few times and the plants always arrive promptly and well wrapped. I was sent an incorrect product, but I phoned and the problem was rectified and I received the correct product the very next day. Mistakes do happen, and in my case was resolved quickly and professionally. Plants I have purchased from the garden centre are always of excellent quality and I love the variety.”

Sorry to hear that you were not full satisfied with your shopping experience. In Future to avoid disappointment please check the the 'Product size' at the bottom of the description page as it will detail the size of the plant and the pot size it will arrive in and so give you an indication of what to expect.

“I ordered 3 plants and soil. The wrapping was excellent courier resistant. The box was dammaged, but the plants were intact. Two plants were beautiful. The third - pitcher plant was received with two thirds of the pitchers dry death and the others in dubious condition. That could not happen on the one day from shop to me. From my experience it took 3 weeks for the pitcher completly dried. After 10 days I had only 2 pitcher healty. I asked for advice, was told to put rain watter in the pitchers. I did and they also died. So I have death plant.”

“This was the first time I used Johnston Garden Centre and I could not have been happier. I ordered my plants on a Saturday evening and recieved the the following Friday. The plants arrived in excellent condition and I was supprised how big they were. The whole process was a breeze and would wholeheartedly recommend Johnston Garden Centre to all...I will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Problem with courier not wanting to deliver tall trees but reolved immediately by Johnstown Garden Centre delivering the trees themselves and doing everything possible to remedy the situation. Very professional people excelling at customer service. Trees were better than hoped for. Thank you.”
