“My online order arrived well within the timeframe indicated. The plants were carefully packed and came with full instructions for planting and care. The quality of the plants were excellent. All in all a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you, Anne Massey”

“The rose trees I bought are of very high quality. One was potted in a lopsided manner and I am finding it hard to pot it straight. The rootball is crooked and I don't want to disturb it. Also, this rose had another rose packed in beside it causing the pot to crack in transit. The roses were well wrapped and there was no damage to the foliage, thankfully.”

“Postives - Good customer service via email after order - Plants/items received (apart from one) were of good quality and well packaged to stop damage Negatives - website crashed after order placed. On logging back into the site 'my orders' was blank but did receive a confirmation email. Then the next day an email saying my basket was full and do I still want my order. Emailed customer service who confirmed it went through ok. - mother in laws tongue plant was not the best quality. A lot of the leaves damaged (did not look to be as a result of delivery as old marks) - delivery was not made within the 14 days advised. Overall happy but improvements to the overall customer experience could be made. Would order again in the future with a hope next time it was sorted.”

“I recently ordered a range of plants on-line for collection. All the plants were ready as stated, and the whole process was satisfactory. The garden centre has a good range of plants and other gardening products. They also do a good cup of coffee according to my husband. However, what I would find most useful would be if a more comprehensive description was provided of the specific plants, size at purchase and ultimate height, required growing conditions. I would recommend this garden centre.”

Hi Margaret, thanks for the review. This is something we would like to do in the future and we try to include on all new products. However it is such a big job with over 3000 different plants trees and shrubs each with their own requirements. We always welcome questions about certain plants suitability , requirements and details.
