“On the 12th April I ordered one pack of Supernemo,reference order number jgc31173. Regrettably it is still not arrived I.e today is 18th April ? Other than this experience I am very pleased with the garden centre.”

Hi George Thank you for your email. Supernemos are dispatched directly from the lab every week on Monday to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday which means yours will be delivered tomorrow or Wednesday. You recieved the dispatch email as we had marked the order as completed on our side and sent it to the laboratory. Apologies for the confusion.

“The service was very good. I received the ornamental tree within a few days, 6ft tall as stated, via courier. Good planting advice accompanied it. However I was expecting the tree to be a bit more advanced as it looked sparse, though healthy, and was well wrapped. I was kept informed via email on the due arrival date. I certainly would order again. Mary”

“Ordering was easy online, a very good range of products. I did however have to wait 11 days for order dispatch and some items were left off the order and I had to make contact again and get them sent on. There was no issue with sending them on when the Garden Centre was made aware of this, which was good. Overall good service and an excellent range online.”

“It took just over 10 days and a call to get my order. However, once I called I received my order next day. Flowers were welled packed and overall lovely - apart from one that was dry and dead for a while. Good but there is a place for improvement.”

“Despite initial problems on day 1 with the on line check out (not linking through to payment page and frame freezing) on day 2 second attempt all processed smoothly. The on line chat option whilst unable to resolve provided quick responses and were helpful. Product (tree) arrived speedily and in good condition. I felt that the delivery charge of under €5 was excellent value. Would definitely consider using again the future. Thank you!”
