“Both before and after purchase experience are second to none. Jim is so kind offer all advices and the packaging always so professional and plants always fresh even after long journey from Dublin to Cork. Have been purchasing for years with them. I have to say I am a picky customer, but always been delighted with Johnstown Garden.”

“There was a hold up with the delivery of my plants from An Post. Even thought it was An Post’s fault when I notified you Darren, the person I dealt with, offered to replace them. They eventually arrived after 5 days in perfect condition thanks to the amazing packaging provided by you. Even though my order was a small one my problem was dealt with as if it was a major purchase. Well done and I will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks to Darren for all his help.”
