“Excellent and friendly communication and swift dispatch. However the plants were far from adequately packed with one layer of paper and one thin plastic carrier bag per item and arrived with damaged stems, the rose had come out of its pot and almost all the buds had snapped off. Having paid only 5 euro for delivery slightly took the sting out of this but ideally better protection and a bit of additional padding in teh box to stop plants moving around. Also a note on box re whether it should be kept horizontal or vertical.”

“Great selection, easy to order, quick delivery. Especially happy with your courier leaving the package inside my gate, saving me from the hassle of scheduling new delivery/picking it up myself. Can't evaluate quality yet as nothing has obviously started growing yet.”

Hi Deirdre thanks for your feedback. We always try and use dimensions where possible however plants can be so unpredictable we sometimes cannot give definite dimensions

“Very prompt delivery last week and all items included in one box. I did try to add another item a couple of hours later after I had ordered but couldn't find the ADDTOORDER tab Maybe i did not look in the right place. The David Austin roses I received last summer are excellent and bloomed till the week before Christmas. Jo Wing”

“The website is fairly comprehensive, easy to use, and prices are reasonable. We were pleased with the delivery time the week of Christmas, and the quality of the small tree seems very good. It's up to the father-in-law now!”

“Hello, yes my purchase did arrive ‘intact’ but the exterior packaging was obviously old when packed and there were holes in various parts of it, even the postman commented upon its terrible condition. The contents however were in good condition, it was a potted rose, well packed internally and the soil was moistened. Steve.”

“Delighted with the plants that I ordered but delivery was not very satisfactory . The plants were left at the wrong house which is empty at the moment and it was luck that we noticed the box sitting outside the door”

Hi Iris, I'm sorry to hear some berries fell off, these are quite fragile and can get a bit knocked in transit. Would you be able to send me a picture if it is damaged to katie@johnstowngardencentre.ie?
