“I opened my order to find one of the planters damaged I emailed the garden Centre with a photograph of the damaged planter and they replied immediately and sent me replacement Very happy with they way they dealt with this issue and they were also sincerely apologetic”

Thanks for the review Dolores, we pack every item with care and lots of bubble wrap! But even with all this care on occasion an item will receive some damage during transport, we are very sorry when this happens and do everything to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Hi Maurice, we do try to keep our website up to date but unfortunately there are occasions where items are sold out in store and cannot be sourced again from the nursery for some time. In these instances we will either offer you a alternative product or a refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“I ordered a holly plant. Almost every leaf had brown spots on it like fungus or other disease. Emailed Johnstown with my complaint and included photographs. Didn't even receive acknowledgment of email or offer of refund. Very disappointed.”
