“My pots came completely rusted, the soil had all fallen out which meant I had to re plant them. I was gave them 2 days to send my new pots. They still haven't come. The pots were dirty and covered in sand. I wont be using this company again. Regards Gabriella”

Hi Gabriella, Apologies for this issue, The plants came straight off the delivery truck and into a box for you. We were not aware of the issue at the time. We immediately sent you replacement pots, which I see were in fact delivered this morning

“I am very pleased with my order which was delivered during the week but I have one question for you is it possible to put the plastic labels that come with the plants into an envelope instead of putting them underneath the pots as they are getting damaged in transit I know there are sticky labels on the pots themselves, perhaps this can be considered in the future. “Was looking on-line for extra long hot water bottles for Christmas presents. Best price was at Johnstown Garden Centre. Ordered 4 & they were delivered promptly & great selection of colours (as I couldn't select on-line). Delighted with them & to be supporting local business rather that global overseas company. Great service - Excellent all round!”

“Excellent selection of plants and very knowledgable and helpful staff. My online purchase experience was very pleasant and I have spread the word! I organised via the comment box to collect the plants from the shop and they were ready and waiting for me when I called to collect them. Couldn't ask for more!!”

“Items arrived quickly. Only downside was the amount of packaging. A small sturdy bottle of cacti feed was wrapped in a plastic bag and bubble wrap, which i felt was excessive.”
