“Only one out of the three hazelnut Truffle plants was packed properly and so the other two were out of their pots with soil all over the big box. There was no sign on the box to say this way up or please lie flat which would have helped. As a result of the loose clay in the box the instruction booklet along with the presentation page were soggy, wet and dirty. I was disappointed as I purchased this to give as a gift. It would have better if I collected them I have a photo of their arrival if you wish to see it.”

“Beech Hedging of superior quality, really pleased with it! Euonymus Alatus is much bigger than expected which is a huge bonus as its slow growing. Plants arrived carefully wrapped ready for planting. Just some of the reasons why I keep coming back to Johnstown.”

“We had a delivery made to my mum and my husband's parents because we won't be home for Christmas. Both olive trees were delivered in plenty of time and apparently in good condition. We have no complaints, and our parents are very pleased. I believe my mum even phoned to let you know the tree had been delivered safely and whoever she spoke to on the phone was very helpful and gave her some advice on how to keep the plant. Mum was delighted. Well done all at Johnstown Garden Centre. Happy Christmas and God bless you all in the New Year. Edel Reyburn”

“Called into Johnstown Garden Centre yesterday to buy sarcococca Winter Gem plus container. Asked one of the staff for a small bag of compost. He then offered to plant the winter box in the container for me, saving me time, hassle and money. Very thoughtful and am very impressed!”
