Hi Margaret I am really sorry about this as the couriers had damaged your plant in transit so could not deliver it. We did send a new one today so you will most likely have it tomorrow. Apologies again

“Delighted with the plants that I ordered but delivery was not very satisfactory . The plants were left at the wrong house which is empty at the moment and it was luck that we noticed the box sitting outside the door”

Hi Iris, I'm sorry to hear some berries fell off, these are quite fragile and can get a bit knocked in transit. Would you be able to send me a picture if it is damaged to katie@johnstowngardencentre.ie?

“I ordered several plants and Xmas lights on line. They were all delivered very promptly and the plants were extremely carefully wrapped by someone who really cares about plants. The pricing and delivery charges were competitive and online shopping for garden items is a real bonus for busy mums with very small children. The Xmas lights are not very bright at night but I suspect that this is more to do with low levels of sunshine at this time of the year than the actual quality of lights.”
