“Requested a videoconference appointment with the provider, ended up with a "chat" consultation instead. The provider has not read anything I provided (and the website itself states the information hasn't been reviewed). The SINGLE message I got from the MD asked me to repeat the basic information already provided- medications and current diagnoses- both of which are "none." The rest of the message appears to be generic copy/paste nonsense and most irritating of all-platitudes about "starting a wonderful journey!" and emojis. I'd like to engage with a medical professional, not some influencer spouting trite comments and ending messages with cartoons. It's been several days, and nothing seems to be happening. There is no other way to get in contact with the company I can find.”

“I started over 2 weeks ago and have yet been set up on any plan. You are unable to speak with a live person only thru messaging online. I waited 2 days to see if I would get any sort of communication but just crickets. I’m not quite sure what I’m paying for. When I inquire about how long it may be before I hear from someone they say soon. Apparently their soon and my idea of soon are 2 different things. Trying to figure out when I should decide to jump ship or just hang in there.”

“I love this program! I started in July 2023, because we were renewing our vows and I wanted to look better. I started out weighing 209#. I’d only lost like 12# by September when the vow renewal was and my end result was to lose about 40#. I eat what I want, I didn’t go by the food program because I wanted to continue to eat my regular foods so when I got to the weight I wanted to be, I wouldn’t gain weight going back to my normal eating. I have lost slow, a pound or 2 a week, sometimes just 1#. But I know what I can eat now and how much. I’m not as hungry or want to eat all the time. I’m currently down to 179.5# and I feel so much better.”

“I could not be more pleased and thankful for the Sequence program. Having a team of supportive people that stand alongside of you guiding you through your journey is priceless. Started Sequence October 9th at 190lbs and weighed in today at 160.4. I still have a ways to go but knowing I am not alone makes all of the difference. One valuable thing that this program has taught me is that it is not just thing that creates the journey. It is nutrition, physical activity, mental awareness, and the commitment to make a positive change in my life. I deserve it. I will be successful.”

“They do not work with you to appeal insurance determinations (appeals, formulary exceptions, etc). You would think with the added expense they would go above and beyond to ensure you get the medication you need. It is NOT WORTH the service fee. Work with your primary care doctor instead, you’ll save money in the long run.”

“I find the on line sessions difficult. I prefer in person, but I've stayed with the program, so something must be motivating me. I've lost 27 lbs since September. This program is geared more toward the younger client”

“My sciatica has been unbearable ane i have had to sit down more than standing and at night my right leg hurts so much but since changing my diet and do what they say. My sciatica pain was 12 its 5 now. I can sleep so much better and standing upright has been 50 percent better and my day is not filled with pain and suffering but enjoyment that I missed so much and work is going back to normal. I’m thrilled and grateful for everything that they have done and continue because I haven’t lost much but i gain my life back a tiny bit at a time. I love this program and my support team; MD and dietician and so many more..”

“So the program works well….if you use your local pharmacy. I made the mistake of trying to switch to shipping because during Christmas it was going to be more convenient. That shipment was late, and I went without meds for 3 days. The following month I specifically request (thru the refill screen) to refill with my local pharmacy. They send my RX to their pharmacy and will not write me a new one. This shipment was also late, and I went without my medication for 5 days! In the app it specifically says to request your refill 7 days in advance, but you really need to do it at least two weeks in advance.”

“I can't say enough about my doctor and care team coordinator. They have been with me since day 1, answering questions and searching for a pharmacy that carries my prescription. I'm down 40 lbs. since August and feel like a new person. I recommend Sequence with no hesitation!”

“I joined and I was told that I was eligible but found out after joining they didn’t accept my insurance , they knew this when I joined . My insurance company was paying for meds but they wanted me to use their meds.I am very disappointed , They were dishonest with me.I cancelled my membership.It a shame you can trust companies now.”

“Their system is completely asinine. If you need help you have to message the care coordinator who is always off that day. And then you have to wait two days for a response. Then when they finally get back to you they just tell you that they will ping the person you really need to speak and it takes another two days for that person to get back to you. So you are four days in waiting for a response, when it finally comes and they ask you a question even though you answer immediately you have to go thru the same ridiculousness and wait another four days for a response! 😡😡😡😡😆”

“Be aware that the $49 consultation fee is NOT refundable unless you cancel within 3 days of signing up AND have NOT had your consultation. This company is shady af.”
