“This has been nothing other than a nightmare, the initial process was fine and then it was handed over toTLW solicitors.
I get message after message on important to action, but i have not been able to. And no telephone number is given to discuss.
I am now regretting this course of referral to that solicitor as i cannot discuss”

“I found the form very easy to follow compared to some only had a slight problem with the identity bit at the end with the camera.that was probably down to me not being very good with I-phones everything else was easy.”
