after reaching out to the management was promised to get a refund
after 20 days no refund was received, I reached out to support again
they said ( the transaction did not go through )
they do not want to provide a transaction number, no proof of payment , and they do not want to issue a new refund ( they said that they cannot guarantee i will receive the money ) and offered instead to get points that can be used for one complete purchase , no partial purchases , and they expire after a while
and when i asked to get refunded and provided with the new transaction number of proof of payment ( they stoped responding ()”
“Worst place ever to shop from. They scamed me it's been over 6 months I placed a order I have not received it nor have I received a refund. Compete scam. I'm not the first person they have done this too. The customer service take so long. I have proof of the pavement being taken out my account but they have removed the item from my shopping list thing like I'll forget. Disgusted.
