“I don't want seem over the top, but for someone who is ordering a lot online the customer service of Josephinenhütte has surprised me totally. Absolutely lovely and on point, even asking back if everything went well or something is missing. Extremely quick and helpful when a retoure had to happen. There's nothing which could have been better. The quality of the glasses are on highest level, well designed to match the perfection of your wines and champagnes. Definitely worth it!”
