I have used this product before and it works great. I have had to replace it after several years of use.
Due to not paying attention, I mistakenly ordered a European version of this product ( with a UK plug ). It did take a few tries, but I was given very good customer service by Max B. He listened to me and found a way to resolve it the best way possible.
