“I just want to say that I put a complaint about JTF, because I ordered something, on the 1st June, give an email saying I would be notified about delivery, heard nothing, sent 4 emails,2phonecalls,and a letter. Want to say I received them today, 15th June, not received any delivery notice. So I am pleased I gave them. Thankyou.”
“Went the other days and half the store is closed with nothing in it and the rest of the stuff they are selling is just rubbish. Use to be a brilliant shop and with loads of decent things to buy we use to spend £150+. The other day we spent £25”

“I bought fireworks on the 26th October and sparklers for my children decided to let them use 2 sparklers on Halloween the shop told me they was neon sparklers when what they had actually sold me was flares my children could have been seriously been burnt”
“Store has a quarter of the stock they used to have. All staff seems to think they have been taken over but whoever has taken over is running the place into the ground! It’s Grim. Wouldn’t visit until they decide what they are actually doing with the shop and fill the shelves up or change the use of the space! Friendly staff are the only thing this place has going for it at the moment.”
“Do not bother going to JTF Warrington. The shelves are still empty and it is nothing to do with Corona virus. It is several months since a staff member told me that they had been taken over and were just waiting for new deliveries. Well they are still waiting. Standards have certainly dropped since the takeover and this does go back way before corona virus could be used as an excuse. Just what is happening with the Warrington branch.”
