“The guys at JuiceProducer are always on hand to offer helpful advice if you need it. I bought my first proper juice from them in 2009 and they really looked after me. I came back again recently to purchase some spares and they were super helpful with my enquiries. Great comms, quality products and fast delivery - what more could you ask for!”

“I purchased a Matstone juicer just under a year and a half ago from an Irish distributor. I am delighted with this juicer and have been juicing almost every day. Recently I had problems with some of the parts. I contacted the company as it was still under warranty. I was then put in contact with Juice Producer in the U.K. I have to say that they are an excellent company to deal with....very pleasant, helpful and efficient. They replaced the damaged parts and I am now back juicing again. I highly recommend Juice Producer.”

“Super company to deal with; its easy to contact a real person on the phone and have a good chat with people who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. My choice of juicer arrived quickly, well packed and exactly what i needed, the advice was spot-on!”

“Have on;y used juicing attachment so far; but so far, so good. Juice is definitely better than from our old high speed model. On;y slight negative is that you have to cut the fruit up very small or it gets stuck and there's not much clearance between spout and work surface, so you can't get a jug under it. Glad we bought it.”

“These guys are simply amazing: you couldn't ask for better customer service! Any time I've had problems with my juicer they've been quick to respond and replace any defective parts. They've also given excellent advice on how to use the juicer, what not to do etc. I'm so glad that I got my juicer from them as I know how much of a hassle it can be once you've bought something: sometimes there's no help to speak of. But not with these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough, direct everyone I know to them too. Thank you for all your help!”
