“- garments were nicely packed, and everything I could have wished for (especially as Sale items) and being a new customer. The only very slight irritation, is that it wasn't clear that next day delivery (and I chose RM) was next-day after being processed and NOT "next. day." I will know next time, as I shall be back as I love Ralston clothes.”

“I have shopped with Jules B for years. Most of the clothes in my wardrobes have come from this company. Jules B buy from great designers, and my clothes have often been timeless, worn again and again with confidence and pride. They offer great products and an efficient and helpful service. In other words I would be lost if I had to shop elsewhere. Thank you for all the years Jules B, although I still miss your Yarm shops.”

“Very poor service. Never got the exchange product promised. Although same product with same size available online allowing purchase of more than a pair, customers service says the size for which exchange is requested was sold out. Return charge deducted from refund which yet to be refunded. Customer service adviser wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone else. She confirmed the bulk stops with her. Very disappointed. Felt ripped off. Will not do business with JulesB.”

“Ordered on the app and found it totally annoying I could only get as far as request for payment after trying numerous times on different devices I opened the web site on a search engine and only then could I complete my order. I have placed orders with you before and have never had this problem”
