“This was my second purchase from Jules B and the level of service was outstanding on both occasions. Online ordering was easy and straightforward. Best of all was the speed of processing of the order - it arrived next day in Scotland. Excellent!”

“Definitely won’t order with this company again, ordering system not great. My items was on its way only too be returned to them because the address wasn’t right after I put it in 3 times. Rang to have it dispatched again only to get a message from the post office that they had returned it to Jules B again ! Only wanted a coat”

Good Morning, I have checked your account and can see that this was returned to the sender because there was missing information on your delivery address, when we got this back we added the information you told us. this was then returned back to us again due to another address error, we can only deliver to an address with the information provided. when we got this back, we refunded this at your request. I sincerely apologise that this order wasn't as smooth sailing as it should have been, we weren't to know the address was incorrect but are still sorry that you didn't have the shopping experience we strive for at Jules B. “Quick delivery. Annoyingly, I had to send one item back, which was dealt with quickly but incorrectly. I clearly specified an exchange, but was instead refunded. This is despite me phoning them to confirm exchange rather than refund.”

“Jules B fits my taste in fashion absolutely perfectly and they always have such quality items, the service & customer care is second to none, I’m always happy to shop and it’s always a very pleasant experience, to be honest Jules B has far too many nice items and I’m always tempted to go crazy!!! Jules B is always the first and last place I visit when I want hustle free shopping and it’s always a pleasure, I feel so lucky to have found such a quality clothes shop online, I generally always recommend Jules B to my friends who really care about fashion and really appreciate quality clothes, definitely one of the best shops around!!!”
