“Great service from Jules B - order was despatched the next day! However, the Courier DPD was atrocious. Said they were delivering on the Monday, but delivered on Sunday instead when nobody was home. Left my items poking out from under a vehicle outside my house. As they didn’t leave a card saying this, order was there for over 24 hours, in the rain, soaking wet. Clothing was damp and smelly. Couldn’t give for Christmas as intended, had to wash straight away. Disappointed”
